  • To establish a therapeutic relationship a weekly rhythm during the first 6-8 weeks is the freqency I work with my clients. After that I like to establish a frequency that feels right while still making strides in our work together which may be bi-weekly or monthly.

  • My approach is that you are the expert on you and I am a fellow traveler on your journey!

I am a relational therapist and believe that the connection we have is the post powerful tool for growth.

The approaches I use integrates being trauma informed, using self compassion, Internal Family Systems, narrative therapy, and EMDR. When working with couples I use the Gottman Method.

I believe that if you have a belly button you have experienced some level of trauma and we must heal back to heal forward.

EMDR is a powerful therapy for processing the stuff that’s stuck in our bodies or patterns, even if we ‘know better’ in our heads.
