Some clients prefer to book extended sessions who prefer longer sessions less frequently.

Remember that you are the expert of you and this work is collaborative.

  • My approach is that you are the expert on you and I am a fellow traveler on your journey!

I am a relational therapist and believe that the connection we have is the post powerful tool for growth.

The approaches I use integrates being trauma informed, using self compassion, Internal Family Systems, narrative therapy, and EMDR. When working with couples I use the Gottman Method.

I believe that if you have a belly button you have experienced some level of trauma and we must heal back to heal forward.

EMDR is a powerful therapy for processing the stuff that’s stuck in our bodies or patterns, even if we ‘know better’ in our heads.

  • As a registered intern in the state of Florida, I am a masters level therapist holding a Masters of Science in General Counseling and Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and I am currently in the pre-licensure phase.
